Standard delivery costs £2.99 or FREE on orders over £45.
Please allow 7-9 working days to receive your order.
If the total cost of your order is over £45 you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag. Occasionally we may run free shipping promotions and competitions.
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible and will notify you via your order confirmation email once we have verified details and the order has been authorised.
RETURNS
Due to the carved nature of our lipsticks and our commitment to reducing waste along the supply chain, we make each lipstick as and when your order goes through. We are thus unable to accept returns for products that arrive in our usual perfect condition.
We offer a full refund if your ordered item is faulty or not as described. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify our Customer Service team on admin@censoredcosmetics.com. Similarly, if your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
