Due to the carved nature of our lipsticks and our commitment to reducing waste along the supply chain, we make each lipstick as and when your order goes through. We are thus unable to accept returns for products that arrive in our usual perfect condition.
We offer a full refund if your ordered item is faulty or not as described. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify our Customer Service team on admin@censoredcosmetics.com. Similarly, if your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
